Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 6 Eggs
- 30 g yeast
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g Raisins
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- butter (for the pan)
- breadcrumbs (for the pan)
Instructions

Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it, then stir in half of the flour. Let the pre‑mix rise at a warm place until doubled.

Separate the eggs; beat the whites stiffly. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, gradually adding the yolks and whipping to a creamy consistency.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the pre‑mix into the foam mixture, add the remaining flour and stir well. Fold in the beaten egg whites and raisins. Pour the dough into a greased and floured Napfkuchen pan and bake for about 50 minutes.

Remove, turn out onto a plate, let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
