Mustard Honey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp honey (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp medium‑sharp mustard (40 g)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (45 ml)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil (60 ml)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Add the honey, about 75 ml of broth, mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil to a tall container and blend.

    Depending on desired consistency, add the remaining broth and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl and serve immediately over salad or store in the refrigerator.
