Ingredients
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp honey (30 g)
- 2 tbsp medium‑sharp mustard (40 g)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (45 ml)
- 6 tbsp olive oil (60 ml)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Add the honey, about 75 ml of broth, mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil to a tall container and blend.

Depending on desired consistency, add the remaining broth and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl and serve immediately over salad or store in the refrigerator.
