Ingredients
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g Sour cream
- 100 ml asparagus broth
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 Spring onion
- Salt
- white pepper
- lime juice
- curry (for dusting)
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt with sour cream and asparagus broth until smooth. Peel and finely grate the ginger, then fold it in.

Trim the spring onion; cut about 3 cm of the green part into thin rings for garnish, finely chop the rest and stir into the yogurt mixture. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Serve in small bowls, sprinkled with spring onion greens and curry dusting.
