Ingredients
- 350 g cooked lamb meat
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 0.25 tsp mustard seeds
- 8 fenugreek seeds
- 100 g green bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
- 2 green chili peppers (thin strips)
- 2 onions (halved)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
- 0.75 tsp salt

Cut the meat into strips about 0.5 x 7.5 cm thick. Heat oil in a wide pan and add cumin, mustard seeds and fenugreek. When the spices start to sizzle, add bell pepper, chili and onions and stir‑fry until the onions begin to brown.

Add the meat, season with Worcestershire sauce, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the meat is heated through. Taste and serve.
