Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 700 g chunked canned tomatoes
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g olives
  • 200 g Emmental cheese
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • fat for the baking sheet

Instructions

    Mix flour with salt. Dissolve yeast in 1/8 l lukewarm water, add to oil and combine with flour into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Wash tomatoes and slice them.

    Clean mushrooms and thinly slice them.

    Cut olives into thin rings.

    Grease the baking sheet well. Knead the dough again, roll it out on a lightly floured surface, place it on the sheet and form a rim. Spread tomato sauce over it and bake at 220°C for 10 minutes pre-bake.

    Distribute tomatoes, mushrooms and olives on top, sprinkle everything with cheese, salt and pepper. Bake the pizza for about 10 more minutes until finished and sprinkle thyme leaves before serving.
