Ingredients

  • 350 g olive salad (jar)
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 150 g mortadella (sliced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped oregano

Instructions

    Drain the salad in a colander and let it drain well. Peel, halve, and slice the onions into strips. Briefly sauté them in hot oil and remove from heat. Peel and grate the carrots coarsely. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Rinse, clean, and shake dry the salad.

    Cut off a lid from the bread and remove the crust (except about 2 cm). Layer alternating prepared ingredients with mortadella. Lightly salt, pepper, and sprinkle oregano between layers. Place the lid on top and wrap in plastic film; chill for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve cut into pieces.
