Ingredients
- 500 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- 1 handful Greek basil
- 4 kiwis
- 4 tomatoes
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 4 tbsp fruity olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.

Rinse the basil, shake dry and strip leaves. Peel, quarter and dice the kiwis. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, cool, peel, quarter, seed and cube them.

Whisk lemon juice with orange juice, oil and honey. Season with salt. Toss the pasta with tomatoes, kiwis and dressing, let rest for about 30 minutes. Then fold in basil, taste and serve.
