Ingredients

  • 0.33 Galia melon
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 4 blackcurrant sticks
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 200 g Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions

    Pit the melon and cut into two halves. Peel the remaining part and dice it small. Mix the fruit cubes with the oats and divide onto two glasses.

    Wash and pat dry the blackcurrant sticks. Mix the yogurt with the buttermilk. Pour over the melon mixture, garnish with walnuts and blackcurrants, and serve.
