Blueberry Almond Muesli

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp almond flakes
- 400 g blueberries
- 8 tbsp wheat flakes
- 4 tbsp wheat germ
- 400 g buttermilk
- 100 g whipped cream
- ground vanilla
- Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- a few mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Roast the almond flakes in a pan without added fat, stirring until they are golden yellow and fragrant. Remove from heat, set aside, and let cool.

Wash, rinse, and drain the blueberries. Reserve some for garnish. Blend the remaining blueberries with an immersion blender to make a puree.

In a bowl, mix the wheat flakes and wheat germ, then divide onto four bowls or soup plates.

Whisk together buttermilk, whipped cream, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, and blueberry puree; pour over the wheat mixture. Garnish with almond flakes, whole blueberries, and mint leaves, then serve.
