Mojito with Snacks

Ingredients
- 1 tsp fine cane sugar
- 1 Lime
- 60 ml white rum
- cold soda water
- mint sprig
- 1 small onion
- 1 fresh hot chili pepper
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 Lime
- 0.5 bunch fresh coriander
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Add the sugar to a long drink glass with some soda water. Quarter the limes, squeeze their juice over them and drop the lime pieces into the glass. Use a wooden muddler to press the limes again inside the glass. Stir well with a bar spoon. Add a mint sprig, crush its stems with the muddler without damaging the leaves. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the white rum and more soda water, then stir thoroughly. Garnish with mint.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chili pepper, slit it lengthwise, deseed it, and dice it very small. Peel the avocados, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and loosen the flesh from the skin. Halve the limes and squeeze their juice. Wash the coriander, dry it by shaking, and finely chop the leaves. Put the avocado flesh with the lime juice and coriander into a blender and puree. Mix the avocado puree with the onion and chili pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve guacamole, for example on rice crackers alongside the mojito.
