Exotic smoothie without alcohol! Banana and mango provide your need for vitamin A and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 300 g small ripe mango (1 small ripe mango)
  • 150 g small ripe bananas (1 small ripe banana)
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 stalks lemon balm
  • 200 ml whey
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the mango, dry it, peel it. Cut the fruit flesh into slices from the pit and set aside two thin slices. Dice the remaining flesh.

    Peel the banana and lightly mash it on a plate. Squeeze the lime and drizzle the juice over the banana.

    Rinse the lemon balm, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and set some aside.

  4. 4.

    Add the remaining lemon balm leaves with mango, banana and whey to a tall container and blend with an immersion blender. Pour into two glasses with ice cubes, garnish with mango slices and lemon balm.
