Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks chicory
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 shrimp
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

    Wash the salad leaves, shake dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and slice thinly. Wash the chicory, remove the stem in a wedge shape and split into leaves. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Arrange the salad on four plates.

    Heat oil in a pan. Rinse shrimp cold, pat dry and remove the vein with a sharp knife. Sauté the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side.
