Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 80 g sliced cooked ham
- 80 g sliced salami
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp garden cress

Wash, trim, and dry the lettuce; tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes, remove stems, and cut into wedges. Slice ham and salami into small pieces or strips. Peel eggs and quarter them lengthwise. Arrange all prepared salad ingredients on plates.

Peel the garlic. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, de-seed, and wash it. Combine both with yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, 1–2 tbsp water, oil, salt, and pepper in a tall glass or bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, then drizzle over the salad. Serve garnished with garden cress.
