Ingredients

  • 1 young romaine lettuce
  • 4 handfuls lamb's lettuce (ca. 100 g)
  • 1 bunch radishes (ca. 250 g)
  • 3 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 3 tbsp lemon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • untreated pansies (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, clean, dry and chiffonade the romaine lettuce leaves into bite‑sized pieces. Arrange on four plates. Wash, clean and thinly slice the radishes.

    Whisk together the vinegar and lemon olive oil for the dressing and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Distribute the sliced radishes over the salad and drizzle the dressing on top. Serve garnished with pansies.
