Ingredients

  • 1 handful basil
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 400 g Green Beans
  • 400 g broad beans
  • 2 Zucchini
  • Sea salt
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean and cut into pieces. Wash the beans, clean and cut in half or thirds depending on size. Wash the zucchini, clean and cut into 2-3 cm long sticks. Blanch both bean varieties in salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente. Cook the peppers and zucchini for about 1 minute together. Shock, drain and mix with basil; arrange on plates. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and season with sea salt to taste.
