Grilled Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 kg broccoli florets
- Salt
- 120 ml olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 red chili peppers (mild)
- 6 sardine fillets
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp almond flakes

Wash the broccoli and blanch in salted water for 2 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Mix in 3-4 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill portions in a hot grill pan (or on the grill) for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden brown, keeping warm in a bowl until cooked.

Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Wash, halve, deseed, and finely chop the chilies. Pat the sardines dry and also finely chop them. Sauté the chili, garlic, sardines, and remaining oil in a hot pan until the garlic turns golden brown. Pour over the grilled broccoli, mix, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
