Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed fruits (kiwis, apple, nectarine, plum, peach)
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • lemon balm leaf (for garnish)
  • 200 g fruit yogurt (ready-made)

Instructions

    Wash, peel if necessary, and pit the fruits. Cut them into small pieces and place in a bowl. Thinly slice the zest of one lime with a sharp knife and cut the rind into fine strips.

    Squeeze both limes, mix the juice with honey, and combine with the fruit. Arrange on a plate for serving, sprinkle with lime zest, and garnish with lemon balm leaves. Serve alongside the fruit yogurt.
