Mint Liqueur

Ingredients

• 100 g freshly chopped mint
• 4 cloves
• 0.5 l water
• 600 g sugar
• 1 l vodka

Instructions

   Place mint with cloves and vodka in a sealable container and let steep for 10 days.

2. 2.

   Reduce sugar and water to a clear syrup. Add the syrup to the base mixture, stir well, and let the liqueur steep for another 5 days. Then filter and transfer into tightly sealed bottles. Optionally tint with green food coloring and serve garnished with a fresh mint leaf.
