Ingredients

  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1.5 l dry red wine (or alcohol‑free red wine)
  • 250 ml rum (or brandy)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 sugar cone

Instructions

    Wash the lemon hot, pat it dry, peel the rind and squeeze out the juice.

    Heat the wine with half the rum and add the cinnamon stick, lemon zest and juice, and the cloves.
