- 1.5 limes
- 2 ripe avocados
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it. Squeeze the lime. Slice the avocado lengthwise around the pit. Separate the halves, remove the pit, and peel the halves.

Blend the fruit flesh with the garlic and lime juice using a stick blender. Season with salt and pepper.
