Ingredients
- 50 g peanuts
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 400 g Gouda (block)
- 1 tbsp mustard (medium sharp)
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard (medium sharp)
- 1 tsp mango chutney
- Cayenne pepper
- some lettuce leaves
Instructions

Finely chop the peanuts and mix with coconut flakes and breadcrumbs. Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices and cut circles about 3 cm in diameter or use a cutter. Brush each cheese nugget with a little mustard.

Beat the eggs. Dip the cheese discs first in the beaten egg, then coat them in the coconut-peanut mixture. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and fry the cheese nuggets until golden yellow on both sides.

For the dip mix tomato ketchup with mustard and season with mango chutney and cayenne pepper. Arrange the cheese nuggets with the tomato-mustard dip on plates and garnish with some lettuce leaves.
