Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 watermelon (500 g flesh)
  • 1 tsp rose water

Instructions

    Boil sugar with 100 ml water for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool.

    Cut the flesh into small cubes and blend in a blender. Mix in the syrup and rose water, transfer to a metal container, and place in a freezer for about 4 hours, stirring vigorously every half hour during the first period.

    Serve by pouring into bowls and sprinkling with melon seeds as desired.
