Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • vanilla beans
  • orchid petals

Instructions

    Pour the coconut milk with the palm sugar and split vanilla bean into a pot and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove the vanilla bean and let the sauce cool.

    Halve the honeydew melon, pit it with a spoon, peel, and cube the flesh. Distribute onto bowls and pour the vanilla cream over it. Optionally decorate with vanilla beans and orchid petals.
