Ingredients
- 100 g sugar
- 500 g flesh of a honeydew melon
- 4 slices of honeydew melon

Boil the sugar with 100 ml water for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool. Cut the flesh into small cubes and blend in a mixer. Mix the syrup with the puree and pour into a metal container.

Place in a freezer and freeze for about 4 hours. During the first period stir vigorously every 30 minutes with a fork. Transfer to bowls for serving and garnish with honeydew melon slices.
