- 1 lemon (juice)
- 200 g honeydew melon flesh
- 200 g strawberries
- Rose water

Bring the sugar, 100 ml water, and lemon juice to a boil. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, then let cool.

Puree the melon flesh and peeled strawberries finely and strain through a sieve. Mix with the sugar syrup and rose water, pour into stick‑ice molds, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
