Ingredients
- 400 g melon flesh
- 100 g blue cheese
- 100 g Feta
- 1 untreated lime
- 4 mint
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 4 black olives
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch sumac
Instructions

Cut the melon flesh into 2x4 cm rectangles.

Dice the blue cheese and feta into 1 cm cubes. Wash, dry, and thinly slice the lime. Pat the herbs dry. Chop the olives finely.

Skewer the blue cheese onto small cocktail skewers over four melon blocks. Drizzle with honey.

Insert lime slices with mint leaves onto four more melon pieces. Before eating, squeeze the lime with fingers so juice runs over the melon.

Mix olives with thyme and sumac and distribute or spread over feta and melon cubes.

Place the skewers on decorative bowls and serve as an amuse-bouche.
