Tomato Tulips

This buffet centerpiece is easy to make: cream cheese-filled tomato tulips on bright green chives stems!

Ingredients

  • 13 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 14 chive stalks

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, cut them lengthwise in a cross shape and remove the seeds. On the other side, cut a small hole for the chive stalks.

    Peel the garlic, press it, and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and fill the tomatoes.

    Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and insert one stalk from the bottom into each tomato.

  4. 4.

    Arrange the tomato tulips on a platter and wrap the remaining chive stalks around the "bouquet" decoratively.
