Melon Salad with Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 watermelon
  • 200 g feta
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Halve the melons, remove seeds, peel, and dice the flesh into small cubes.

    Dice the feta into small cubes as well.

    Place the fruit in a bowl.

    Boil 100 ml water with sugar, salt, and lemon juice over high heat for about 2 minutes to make a syrup. Pour the hot syrup over the melon cubes, mix well, and chill for about 1 hour.

    Stir in the cheese before serving and arrange in glasses or bowls.
