Ingredients

  • 300 g watermelon
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 50 g coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Remove the rind from the watermelon. Cut the flesh into small cubes and freeze.

    Whisk the quark with coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla powder. Blend the frozen melon, then fold in the quark mixture briefly. Portion the ice, garnish with fresh mint, and serve.
