Melon Cold Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 kg watermelon (with rind)
  • 0.5 sugar melon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 ml peach juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • vanilla pods
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

    Pit the melons and scoop out several balls from each variety, then set aside to chill.

    Separate the remaining flesh from the rind, cut into small pieces, and blend with lemon juice, peach juice, and honey. Stir in vanilla essence.

    Add the melon balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
