Mediterranean Penne Salad with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 250 g mini penne
  • Salz
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 100 g smoked ham (thin slices)
  • 4 sprigs chervil
  • 4 tbsp capers (pickled in vinegar)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 100 g mimolette
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain and set aside. Wash the zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters and slice thinly. Slice the bacon into fine strips. Sauté in a pan, wash the chervil, shake dry and roughly chop, then mix in. Combine the zucchini slices and capers in a bowl.

    Add the drained pasta and stir. Drain the mozzarella and dice into small cubes. Slice the mimolette thinly and then cut into small squares. Add both cheeses to the salad and mix. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, season, divide among glasses and serve.
