Ingredients
- 2 tsp chopped oregano
- 100 g Arugula
- 4 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 200 g feta
- 400 g fusilli (spiral pasta)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 80 g black olives (pitted)
Instructions

Wash the arugula, dry it and tear into bite‑size pieces. Dice the dried tomatoes and feta. Slice the olives.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel the garlic, slice it thinly and lightly sauté in hot olive oil. Add the drained pasta. Mix in the arugula, tomatoes, feta and olives; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the Mediterranean pasta salad with arugula.
