Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 dried chili pepper
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 60 g capers (jar)
  • 150 g Kalamata olives
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and finely chop it with the chili. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, and roughly dice them. Drain the capers and olives. Heat the oil in a large hot pan and sauté the chili-garlic mixture. Add the tomatoes, capers, and olives and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and toss it while still slightly wet into the sauce. Add the parsley and season with pepper.
