Meatball Patties with Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 old-fashioned roll
  • 125 g mozzarella (9% fat)
  • 3 Stalks Parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g ground beef steak
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 150 g mixed leaf salad
  • 200 g seedless blue grapes
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Soak the roll. Drain the mozzarella and dice it small. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves.

    Peel and press the garlic. Squeeze out the roll. Mix with garlic, ground beef, egg, sharp mustard, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into balls, flatten them, place a piece of mozzarella in the center, wrap with meat dough. Form balls again, press one parsley leaf onto each.

    Heat rapeseed oil in a pan and brown the balls all around over medium heat. Reduce heat and finish cooking.

    Meanwhile wash and spin the salad. Wash grapes and halve them. Whisk orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil for the dressing; season with salt and pepper. Toss salad with grapes, arrange meatball patties on plates, drizzle with dressing.
