Ingredients
- 600 g flour
- 250 butter
- 150 ml water
- 20 g milk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 500 g lean pork
- 125 g veal
- 3 shallots
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- cinnamon (1 pinch)
- nutmeg (1 pinch)
- 100 ml water
- 1 egg yolk

Take one-third of the dough and roll out both pieces thinly on a floured surface. Line a greased springform pan with the larger piece. Add the filling. Brush the top edge with beaten egg yolk, place the remaining dough sheet on top, press lightly and trim excess edges. Cut shapes from leftover dough and attach with egg yolk. Cut a round hole in the center and brush the surface with egg yolk. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with green salad.
