Ingredients

  • 300 g beef fillet (pre‑cut)
  • 300 g pork (loin or fillet, pre‑cut)
  • 300 g turkey breast fillet (pre‑cut, skinless)
  • 700 ml vegetable fat (or frying oil)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into cubes and arrange on a platter. Fill the fondue pot almost to half with fat and melt/heat it over the stove. Place the fondue pot on the reheater.

    Skewer the meat pieces onto fondue forks and fry them in the hot oil for 2–3 minutes until cooked, season with salt and pepper, and serve with various sauces of your choice.
