Ingredients
- 3 cabbage leaves (e.g., Napa cabbage)
- 1 Carrot
- 80 g peas (frozen)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Spring Onions
- 250 g Tofu
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 12 wonton wrapper sheets

Rinse the cabbage and lay it in a steamer basket. Peel and dice the carrot into small cubes. Thaw the peas. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Crumble the tofu with a fork. Mix in the spring onions, half of the peas, half of the carrots, garlic, miso paste, and ginger.

Place each wonton wrapper on a palm and brush the edges with water. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the center. Fold the wrapper around the filling, sealing it tightly while leaving a small opening at the top for the vegetables. Arrange the filled wontons in the steamer basket and spread the remaining peas and carrots over them.

Place the steamer basket in a pot with boiling water, cover, and steam for 5-10 minutes.
