  • Chicken wings (about 600 g)
  • Liquid honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 l vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Mango chutney
  • Remoulade
  • chili sauce
  • Mixed pickles

    Arrange the meat on a platter.

    Heat the oil in a fondue pot over the stove, place it on a lit rechaud and keep it hot. Add salt and pepper. Brush the meat pieces with chili sauce and honey, then cook them in the hot oil using a fondue fork.
