Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 24 cherry tomatoes (ca. 250 g)
  • 12 shallots (ca. 300 g)
  • 4 bratwurst sausages (ca. 400 g)
  • 300 g Turkey breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • oil (for brushing)
  • 1 tsp fresh marjoram
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • parsley (for garnish)
  • 8 skewer sticks
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 50 g cucumber salad
  • 50 g radishes
  • 2 tbsp fresh garden cress
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

    Wash, trim and cut the zucchini into diagonal slices. Wash the tomatoes. Peel and halve the shallots. Cut the sausages and turkey meat into bite‑sized pieces. Thread all grill ingredients alternately onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, and brush with oil.

    Grill over high heat for 6–8 minutes on each side, occasionally brushing with more oil. Sprinkle with chopped marjoram and rosemary, garnish with parsley, and serve with a yogurt dip.

    For the dip, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning, then divide into small bowls. For garnish, peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Wash, trim, and slice the radishes. Garnish the dip with cucumber cubes, radish slices, chive rings, and garden cress.
