Discover a new way to enjoy tuna cream as this recipe turns it into stuffed lemons.
Ingredients
- 6 large lemons
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 400 g canned tuna (natural)
- 3 tbsp capers
- 4 cornichons
- 8 black olives
- 1 tbsp chives
- Salad leaves
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the lemons thoroughly. Cut off a lid from the top and bottom of each lemon, then use a sharp knife to scoop out the flesh. Remove seeds and white membranes, then place the chopped flesh in a bowl.

Drain the tuna and mix it with the cream cheese until well combined. Stir in capers, diced cornichons, and chives, seasoning with salt and pepper. Fill the prepared lemons with the mixture and arrange them on salad leaves. Garnish stuffed lemons with olives and serve chilled.
