- 150 g matjes (pickled in oil)
- 0.25 apple
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 sprigs dill
- 1 small pickled cucumber (with brine)
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground fresh)
- sugar
- 2 tbsp sea hare caviar
- dill tips (for garnish)
- red onion strips (for garnish)
Instructions

Drain the matjes well and cut into small cubes. Peel, core, and dice the apple. Peel and finely chop the egg. Rinse the dill, shake dry, remove and chop the tips. Dice the pickled cucumber and combine with matjes, eggs, dill, vinegar, and oil; season with salt, pepper, brine, and a pinch of sugar.
