Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 0.333 bunch mixed herbs (chervil, dill, parsley, chives)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 1 tsp wheat germ
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 6 Radishes

Instructions

    Halve the bell pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, wash and pat dry. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop.

    Wash onions and slice into thin rings. Mix quark with herbs, onions, wheat germ, paprika powder and salt; fill the pepper halves with the mixture.

    Wash radishes, pat dry and slice thinly; lightly salt and garnish the pepper halves with radish slices.
