Ingredients
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 80 g yogurt (1.5% fat; 4 tbsp)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean, wash and slice the romaine hearts into strips. Wash, dry, trim and cut the spring onions and chives into rings. Toss everything in a bowl and arrange on four plates.

Rinse the sprouts under hot water in a sieve and let them drain.

Wash the tomatoes, halve them and slice into rounds. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon, slice it and drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Combine the sprouts, tomatoes and avocado with the lettuce and distribute onto the plates.

Mix sour cream with yogurt and remaining lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.
