Ingredients

  • 4 ready-to-eat matjes fillets
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 0.5 firm peeled pear
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 60 g Gouda cheese
  • 50 g North Sea shrimp
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • dill
  • 0.5 baguette

Instructions

    Dice matjes and egg finely, core the pear. Trim celery, dice with gouda. Whisk mayonnaise and mustard, season with lemon juice, ginger, salt, pepper; add to matjes and mix well with shrimp.
