Ingredients
- 1 small can of pineapple chunks (in fruit juice)
- 250 g sour cream
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- mild curry powder
- 4 double matjes fillets
- 1 banana (not too ripe)

Drain the pineapple, reserve the juice. Mix sour cream with 2 tbsp juice, salt, pepper and curry; taste.

Cut the matjes fillets into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it. Combine prepared ingredients with the curry cream. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Before serving season again with curry and pepper.
