Ingredients

  • 20 g matcha tea powder
  • 800 ml water
  • 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • matcha tea powder (for dusting)

Instructions

    Add matcha to a bowl, pour in some cold water and whisk with the matcha whisk until smooth. Then pour in hot (about 80°-90°C) water and vigorously whisk with the matcha whisk or a regular whisk.

    Distribute the matcha into four glasses. Warm the milk in a pot over medium heat and froth it with a whisk. Carefully pour the warm milk over the tea and top with the milk foam.

    Dust the Matcha Latte with some matcha powder and serve immediately.
