Ingredients
- 350 g waxy potatoes (4 waxy potatoes)
- 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin (0.25 Hokkaido pumpkins)
- Salt
- 150 g small poultry sausages (Vienna; 3 small poultry sausages)
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 4 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Wash pumpkin and cut it similarly. Cook both together in 150 ml salted water covered for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile split each sausage lengthwise. Score the ends fan‑shaped. Fry sausages in a non‑stick pan over hot rapeseed oil.

Warm milk with butter gently in a pot.

Mash soft potatoes and pumpkin roughly with a potato masher, folding in the warm milk mixture. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve mashed potatoes with sausages.
