Ingredients
- 4 large apples
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp marzipan
- 1 tbsp finely chopped almond kernels
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp low‑fat milk
- butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions

Grease a baking dish, wash the apples and remove the cores with a corer. Grate or crumble the marzipan and knead it with the remaining filling ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the apples and top each with small mounds of filling.

Place the stuffed apples in the greased dish and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes, serving hot.
