Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • 250 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 EL sugar
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 12 chocolate almond cookies (cookies)
  • 80 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat content)
  • 2 EL amaretto
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 EL powdered sugar
  • 3 EL marsala
  • 100 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat content)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash, clean the berries and bring two-thirds of them with sugar and lemon juice to a boil in a pot. Simmer for about 5 minutes, puree and strain through a fine sieve. For the chocolate-amaretto dough, finely chop the cookies and mix with cream and amaretto into a dough.

  2. 2.

Beat the mascarpone with half of the sugar and marsala. Whip the remaining cream with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Layer the chocolate dough, berry sauce and mascarpone cream alternately in glasses, finishing with the remaining berries. Serve garnished with mint.
