- 3 stalks lemongrass
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 untreated lemons (including zest)
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce (or fish sauce)
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- ground pepper from the mill
- 30 g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 orange (juice only)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pineapple
- 1 bunch scallions
